Editor's note

This no-onion, no-garlic spinach rice with peri peri sauce is trending for Navratri fasting periods. While the spinach-and-rice pairing is traditional Indian home cooking, the creamy baked finish is optimized for visual appeal on social media. Could inform menu development for health-conscious or religiously observant diners seeking restricted-ingredient options.
