日本人財株式会社 ("we," "us," or "the Company") sets out below how we handle information in connection with "trending-recipes.com" (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

The Service does not offer account registration or login for visitors, so we do not collect registration information such as name or date of birth. We may collect the following:

• Technical/cookie data: cookies, device identifiers, IP address, browser and OS information, and access logs.
• Inquiry information: the email address, name, and message content you provide when contacting us.

2. Purpose of use

We use the information above to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Service; to analyze usage for service improvement; for advertising, where introduced (see Section 6); to respond to inquiries; and to produce statistics in a form that does not identify individuals.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law, necessary to protect life, body, or property and consent is difficult to obtain, in connection with a business transfer (merger, corporate split, business transfer, etc.), or otherwise permitted under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

4. Embedded content and external APIs

The Service displays posts using the official embed features and official APIs of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

• YouTube videos are embedded using the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Even so, once you interact with an embedded player (e.g. playback), YouTube (Google LLC) may collect information about you. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) for details.
• The Service uses the YouTube Data API. In connection with this use, we comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy). Your use of the Service may also be subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms).
• TikTok and Instagram embeds may likewise collect usage data through their own cookies or similar technologies. Please refer to each platform's own privacy policy for details.

5. Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to improve usability, analyze usage, and (where introduced) serve advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not work correctly as a result.

6. Advertising

The Service plans to use a third-party advertising service (Google AdSense); as of this policy's effective date it has not yet been enabled. Once enabled, the advertising provider may use cookies to show ads based on your interests. 7. Outsourcing

We may outsource server operation and maintenance to outside providers to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above, and we supervise such providers appropriately.

8. Security measures

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information we handle, including access control, encrypted communications (TLS), and oversight of outsourced providers.

9. Retention period

We retain information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of use above, and delete or anonymize it without delay afterward, except where retention is required by law.

10. Your rights

Where we hold your personal information, you may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party disclosure, in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Please contact us using the details in Section 12; we will respond within a reasonable period after confirming your identity, as required by law.

We may revise this policy as necessary. Revisions take effect once posted on the Service.
