I’m trying to use up everything in my fridge without buying more groceries, so I threw these ingredients together and somehow ended up with the crunchiest, most flavorful kimchi fried rice. The 무말랭이 adds such a good chewy crunch while the spicy tuna adds extra savory flavor and protein. And the best part? It takes about 5 minutes to make. 5-MINUTE KIMCHI FRIED RICE 🍚 ingredients: * cooked rice * kimchi, chopped * spicy tuna * 무말랭이 (seasoned dried radish), chopped * sesame oil * a little kimchi juice * cooking oil * optional: green onion, sesame seeds, fried egg how to make: * heat a little oil in a pan and stir-fry the chopped kimchi * add chopped 무말랭이 and spicy tuna * add your cooked rice and mix everything together * add a splash of kimchi juice and stir-fry until everything is well combined * finish with a drizzle of sesame oil * top with sesame seeds or a fried egg if you want * enjoy while hot!
