요즘 탕수육이 왜 이렇게 맛있는지.. 근데 왜 이렇게 비싼 건지..ㅋㅋㅋ... 자주 먹기엔 좀 부담돼서 집에서 해 먹어봤어요. 키포인트는 맨 처음에 전분물을 만들어 30분 정도 놔두면 물이랑 전분이 분리되는데 가라앉은 전분만 반죽에 사용하는 거예요!! 워낙 인터넷에도 많이 나와 있는 내용이더라고요. 이 전분에 식용유 3T 정도 넣어서 반죽해 주세요. 저는 고기 500g 기준 전분가루 10T 사용했어요. 소스는 간장 1, 식초 2, 케첩 3, 올리고당 4인 레시피를 봤는데 신맛 싫어하는 저는.. 맘대로 레시피를 바꿔서 사용해 봤어요. 간장 1, 식초 1, 케첩 2, 올리고당 5(사실 6) ....ㅎㅎ;; 신맛보단 단맛이 좋은 초딩 입맛이라 ........ 이렇게 했는데 딱 좋았어요^^ #탕수육 #탕수육소스 #아이간식 #탕수육만들기 #아이밥
