Half Recipe Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef 16–20 jumbo pasta shells (uncooked) 24 oz marinara sauce (or tomato pasta sauce) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Directions: In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until cooked through; drain excess fat. In a bowl, mix cooked ground beef with ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Pour a layer of marinara sauce into the bottom of your slow cooker. Stuff uncooked jumbo pasta shells generously with the beef and cheese filling and arrange them in a single layer in the slow cooker. Pour the remaining marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, making sure they are well covered. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 3.5 hours (or HIGH for 1.5 to 2 hours) until shells are tender.
