📝 Editor's note

Combining Instant Pot's pressure cooking and air-fry functions allows achieving restaurant-quality smoked ribs without a dedicated smoker. The use of appliance technology to overcome equipment limitations and reduce cooking time is gaining traction—a concept easily applicable to restaurants with limited kitchen equipment and prep capacity.

When done, do a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then a quick release after that. Remove the ribs from the instant pot with the trivet, keep the ribs on the trivet and put them on a plate or pan to catch any drippings, and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs. Next, get ready to air-fry, dump the instant pot leftover juices from pressure cooking, rinse the pot, spray the instant pot insert with oil to help keep anything from sticking, add the trivet with the BBQ ribs back into the instant pot, and set to air-fry for 10 minutes at 400°F. When done, remove the ribs using the trivet, place them on a cutting board, and slice them up and serve. Thanks for watching! If you enjoyed this video, we have more...
