Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
- 250 g chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp tikka masala
- ยฝ tsp zeera powder (cumin powder)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic paste
Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Cook until the chicken is soft and tender, then shred it.
Sandwich Filling:
- Shredded chicken
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Onion
- Carrot
- Mayonnaise
- Cream
- Chili garlic sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chili flakes
(Adjust all the ingredients and seasonings according to your taste.)
Method:
Heat a pan and grease it with butter. Place a bread slice in the pan, add the prepared filling, then place a cheese slice on top. Cover with another bread slice and toast from both sides, applying a generous amount of butter to make the sandwich crispy and golden on the outside.
Serve hot with fries and your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
