How to Make Butter From Scratch & Homemade Buttermilk Bread | Easy Recipe

In this video I’ll show you how to make homemade butter from scratch using just 1 ingredient 🐄🧈plus buttermilk bread Follow this easy step-by-step recipe to turn cream into fresh butter, then use the leftover buttermilk to make a delicious homemade bread sandwich loaf. A simple, fun to make recipe with no waste — homemade butter and fresh bread from one ingredient 🍞 Buttermilk Bread (adapted from my Everyday Bread recipe) Ingredients: 500 g white bread flour 7 g dried yeast 300 ml buttermilk Pinch salt Add all ingredient to a bowl and knead for 10 minutes. Leave to rise for 1 hour. Knock back the dough, shape into a loaf and transfer to a loaf tin, then leave to rise for another 45 minutes - 1 hour. Bake in the oven at 220ºC (200ºC fan-forced) for 15-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
