Easy Chicken Fry For Beginners | Easy Chicken Fry Recipe For Bachelors | Chicken Fry | Chicken Tawa Fry | Tawa Fried Chicken | Tawa Chicken Recipe | Chicken Tawa Fry Masala | Chicken Tawa Fry Ingredients for Easy Tawa Chicken Fry: (Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon) - Chicken - 500 gms (curry cut with bones) - Ginger, chopped- 2 tsp heaped (10 gms) - Garlic, chopped- 2 tsp heaped (14 gms ) - Tomato, thick slices- 2 medium (160 gms) - Green Chillies, chopped- 3 nos. - Coriander leaves, chopped- 4 tbsp Spice Powders: - Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Readymade Chicken Masala powder -2 tsp Other Ingredients: - Ginger, julienned - 2 tbsp - Salt- 1 tsp - Oil- 3 tbsp Preparation: - Chop the ginger and garlic to be used for tempering and chop the coriander leaves & green chillies. - Make thick slices of the tomatoes. - Also take an inch of peeled ginger and cut them into julienne to be added at the end as garnish. Process: - Heat oil in a Tawa or a pan and add the chopped ginger and garlic. - Fry on medium heat for a minute and then add the chicken pieces. - Mix and fry on high heat for 4-5 mins till chicken changes colour and water nearly dries up. - Add all the spice powders (turmeric, red chilli, chicken masala powder) and salt. Fry on medium heat for 3 mins. - Now add the tomato slices and chopped green chillies and cook on medium heat for around 2 mins for the tomatoes to soften a bit. - Now reduce heat to low and cook covered on low heat initially for 7 mins. Remove lid and give a stir. Continue cooking on low heat for another 5 mins till chicken is tender. - Remove lid and add the julienned ginger and chopped coriander leaves.
