고마운 마음 가득 담아 만든 대왕 샌드위치🥪🤎 제가 평소에 자주 가는 카페가 있는데요! 커피도 맛있지만 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절하시고 아기도 늘 예뻐해 주셔서 항상 감사한 마음이 있었거든요 뭐라도 챙겨드리고 싶어서 샌드위치 준비했어요..!!🥪🥪🥪 여럿이 나눠 먹기 좋게 타르틴 통밀 슬랩으로 왕 크게 제 마음 눌러담아 재료도 가득 가득 넣어 만들었어요 📌 타르틴 통밀 슬랩 대왕 샌드위치 ❶ 통밀 슬랩을 반으로 갈라 올리브오일을 살짝 뿌린 뒤 오븐에 노릇하게 구워주세요. ❷ 한쪽에는 바질 토마토잼을 듬뿍 발라주세요. ❸ 반대쪽에는 바질페스토와 마요네즈를 섞은 소스를 넉넉하게 발라주세요. ❹ 루꼴라와 슬라이스한 토마토를 차곡차곡 올려주세요. ❺ 치즈를 올리고 잠봉도 아낌없이 듬뿍! ❻ 빵을 덮고 먹기 좋은 크기로 6등분 하면 끝🥪 #샌드위치 #샌드위치레시피 #샌드위치만들기 [English] A giant sandwich made with lots of gratitude 🥪🤎 There's a café I go to all the time! The coffee is great, but more than anything the staff are so kind and always make a fuss over my baby, so I've always felt really thankful. I wanted to give them something, so I made sandwiches..!! 🥪🥪🥪 I used a Tartine whole wheat slab to make it extra big for sharing, and packed it with my heart and loads of fillings. 📌 Giant Tartine Whole Wheat Slab Sandwich ❶ Slice the whole wheat slab in half, drizzle with a little olive oil and toast in the oven until golden. ❷ Spread plenty of basil tomato jam on one side. ❸ On the other side, spread a generous layer of basil pesto mixed with mayonnaise. ❹ Layer arugula and sliced tomatoes. ❺ Add cheese and lots and lots of jambon (ham)! ❻ Cover with the bread and cut into 6 pieces.
