It went viral, but it never felt like just a trend to me, it’s officially a staple in my kitchen 🤍 Creamy garlicky Greek yogurt sauce + seasoned ground beef + paprika butter + pasta + feta = one of those meals I could eat on repeat. I also added extra chili flakes to the beef because I wanted a little more heat, and the feta at the end was SO good. It’s easy, comforting, protein-packed, and perfect for meal prep — especially when you’re trying to use up whatever is already in your fridge. TURKISH PASTA 🍝 Ingredients: • pasta • ground beef • onion, diced • tomato, diced • feta cheese • Greek yogurt • garlic, minced • lemon juice • butter • paprika • parsley • chili flakes • salt • black pepper • olive oil How to make it: 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water, then drain. 2. Sauté diced onion in a little olive oil until softened. 3. Add the ground beef, season with salt, pepper and plenty of chili flakes, and cook until browned. 4. Add diced tomato and cook until softened and everything comes together. 5. Mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic, lemon juice and salt. Add a small splash of water or reserved pasta water if you want it creamier. 6. Melt butter in a small pan and stir in paprika. Let it become fragrant, but don’t let the butter burn. 7. Add the pasta to a bowl and top with the garlicky yogurt sauce, seasoned beef, paprika butter, feta and fresh parsley. 8.
