Add in the tomatoes, frozen veggies, beef broth, oregano, garlic salt, basil and pepper. Allow to come to a boil and then add pasta. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and let cook until pasta is al dente (about 12 minutes). Top with the mozzarella cheese. Cover with the lid for about 3 minutes to let cheese melt.
