🥔 Aloo Manchurian Recipe Ingredients * 2 medium potatoes * 2 tbsp Rice flour For the Manchurian Sauce * Oil or Butter * 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic * 1 tsp chopped ginger * 1–2 green chillies * 1/2 small Carrot chopped * 1 small onion chopped * ½ cup capsicum chopped * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp red chilli sauce * 1 tbsp tomato ketchup * 1/2 tbsp Chilli flackes * Salt to taste * ½ cup water * 1 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water * Coriander leaves for garnish Method 1. Boil the potatoes until just cooked. Cool, peel and grate. 2. Add rice flour then Mix gently so the potatoes are well coated and then make small balls. 3. Steam the potato balls gor minutes. Then Keep aside for cool. 4. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Add garlic, ginger, green chilli and carrot, sauté for a few seconds. 5. Add onion and capsicum and stir-fry on high heat. 6. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper (optional), chilli flakes and a little salt. 7. Take 1 tsp Cornflour then add 2 tsp water then mix properly. 8. Add the cornflour slurry and cook until the sauce becomes slightly thick. 9. Add the crispy fried potatoes and toss well on high flame for 1–2 minutes. 10. Garnish with spring onions or coriander leaves and serve hot and crispy! 😋🔥 Tip: For extra crispiness, fry the potatoes twice—once on medium heat and again on high heat just before adding them to the sauce.
