Ingredients (सामग्री):
Pasta (Penne / Macaroni) - 2 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Maida (All-purpose flour) - 2 tbsp
Milk (doodh) - 2 cup (room temperature)
Garlic (lasun) - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Mixed Veggies (Capsicum, Sweet corn, Carrot) - 1 cup
Oregano / Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Processed / Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup (optional)
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Quick Steps:
Boil pasta with water, salt, and 1 tsp oil until al dente (80% cooked).
Sauté your favourite vegetables in butter and set aside.
Roast maida in butter on low flame, slowly whisk in cold milk to avoid lumps.
Add seasonings, cheese, veggies, and pasta. Toss and serve hot!
