Ingredients:
1 pack biscoff cookies
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 stick butter
1/4 cup creamy biscoff cookie butter
1 bag white chocolate chips
marshmallow bits
Instructions:
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange biscoff cookies in an even layer. Microwave mini marshmallows and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring between until smooth. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cookies and spread it evenly. Microwave white chocolate chips and cookie butter in 30-second intervals until smooth, then spread over the marshmallow layer. Sprinkle with broken biscoff cookies and marshmallow bits. Allow to chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes or until set, then slice or break into pieces and enjoy! ๐
