HALLOWEEN OREO CAKE POPS
Ingredients:
1 package halloween oreo cookies (crushed)
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1 cup white chocolate chips
dab of coconut oil
red and yellow food coloring
halloween sprinkles
Instructions:
Pour crushed cookies in a large mixing bowl and mix with room temperature cream cheese to form a dough ball. Separate small sections of cookie dough and form into cake pop bites and set aside on parchment lined baking sheet in fridge until firm. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate and coconut oil for 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted with a glossy consistency. Add food coloring until orange color is achieved. Once cake pops are firm, dip in white chocolate and top with sprinkles. Set in fridge until chocolate coating has hardened and stick with cake pop sticks. Enjoy! 😋
