📌腌制 Marinate:
- 鸡肉块 Chicken Cubes (350g)
- 盐 Salt (1茶匙/tsp)
- 黄姜粉 Turmeric Powder (1茶匙/tsp)
- 黑胡椒 Black Pepper (½茶匙/tsp)
- 绍兴酒 Shaoxing Wine (1汤匙/tbsp)
- 生粉 Cornstarch (1茶匙/tsp)
- 油 Oil (1汤匙/tbsp)
📌食材 Ingredients:
- 香茅 Lemongrass (2支/stalks)
- 咖喱叶 some Curry Leaves
- 红葱头 Red Onion (1)
- 蒜末 Minced Garlic (1汤匙/tbsp)
- 适量清水 suitable amount of Water
