生姜の免疫ショット

Ginger Immunity Shots These homemade ginger immunity shots are so easy to prep and are a great little addition to your morning routine, especially as we head into the colder months. Ingredients: 450g fresh ginger, chopped 1–2 oranges, peeled Juice of 4 lemons 1 tsp honey 1 tsp turmeric Pinch of black pepper 800ml water Method: 1. Add the chopped ginger, oranges, lemon juice, honey, turmeric, black pepper and water to a blender. Blend until smooth. 2. Pour through a sieve, squeezing out as much juice as you can. Divide into little bottles or store in one big container. 3. These will keep in the fridge for up to a week, or you can freeze them individually. Just take one out the night before and it'll be ready for the morning. A wee bit of meal prep that could save you a fortune over the winter! PS.
