these mini confetti cake pop cones are about to be your new favorite little treat 🌈🍦#joyconepartner Ingredients: 1 package oreo cookies 8oz cream cheese (softened) 6 @j@joyconeicecreamcones5313ini ice cream cups 1 cup white chocolate chips dab of coconut oil rainbow nonpareils sprinkles Instructions:  In a large bowl, mash oreo cookies with room temperature cream cheese and form a dough ball. Separate small sections of cookie dough and form into hollow ice cream cups,form 6 small balls from remaining cookie dough and allow dough balls to set in the fridge until firm. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate and coconut oil for 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted with a glossy consistency. Once dough balls are firm, spread a drop of melted chocolate on tops of filled cups and place 1 dough ball on top, using chocolate as "glue" to hold it in place. Allow assembled cups to set in the fridge until firm, then dip in melted white chocolate. Allow all excess to drip off, then cover with rainbow sprinkles and allow cups to set in the fridge until chocolate has hardened.
