Food trend worth trying: Viral cloud smoothie, except I made it vegan with aquafaba foam for the clouds. The trick is using the back of a spoon to splat the foam on the inside of the cup and then pouring the smoothie directly in the center of the cup, you don't want it to pour down the side wall because that will drag the clouds down and lose the perfect look. A good healthy substitute for red food coloring (commonly red40) is dehydrated beet powder! Start by slicing beets thinly, dehydrating or freeze drying them until crispy, then grinding them into a powder!
