Planning your Diwali party menu? This spicy masala Coke is a fun, fizzy drink to serve your guests this festive season!
Made with Coke, lemon, jalapeños and a spicy chaat masala rim 🌶️🥤
Ingredients
For the masala rim:
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp salt
Lemon juice, as required
For the drink:
Coke or Diet Coke
Ice cubes
Lemon slices
Jalapeño slices
Method
1. In a bowl, mix red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
2. Rub lemon juice along the rims of two glasses. Turn the glasses upside down and rotate the rims in the masala mix to coat them.
3. Add ice cubes to a bowl, sprinkle some of the remaining masala over them and give everything a good stir.
4. Add the masala ice to the prepared glasses, along with lemon and jalapeño slices.
5. Top with chilled Coke or Diet Coke and serve immediately!
