This Chatpata Cooler is a fun, fizzy and tangy drink that your guests are going to LOVE! ✨
Made with Pulse candy, chaat masala, roasted cumin, chilli powder and chilled 7Up, it’s the perfect khatta-meetha drink to add a little chatpata twist to your Diwali celebrations! 🥤🤤
Ingredients
For the masala:
7-8 Pulse candies
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
For the drink:
2 cans, Chilled 7Up
Ice cubes
Lemon slices
2 tsp prepared masala per glass
Method
1. Crush 7-8 Pulse candies using a pestle and mortar until you get a fine powder.
2. Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and chilli powder. Mix well.
3. Add ice cubes to your glasses.
4. Add 2 tsp of the prepared masala to each glass.
5. Pour in chilled 7Up and add a slice of lemon.
6. Give it a gentle mix and serve immediately!
