RASPBERRY HAM AND SWISS SANDWICH SKEWERS Ingredients: 8 slices white bread raspberry jam 7 slices ham 7 slices swiss cheese 1 egg (beaten) powdered sugar (optional) Instructions: Top 1 slice of bread with a thin layer of jam, 1 slice of ham, and 1 slice of cheese. Repeat for all slices and top with final slice of bread. Press flat and remove crusts. Slice into 4 cubes and place 2 cubes on each water-soaked skewer. Brush all sides with egg wash.
