ROTEL DIP WONTON CUPS Ingredients: 8oz shredded mexican cheese blend 1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (drained) 3oz chopped bacon 8oz cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup mayonnaise 12 wonton wraps Instructions: Combine shredded cheese, rotel, bacon, mayo, and cream cheese in a large bowl. Prep each muffin tin with 1 wonton wrap (use a shot glass to press into slot evenly) and scoop 1-2 tbs rotel cheese mixture into each wrap.
