Ingredients:
* Bread slices (edges removed)
* Boiled potatoes
* Black salt
* Red chilli flakes
* Oregano
* Fresh coriander leaves
* Corn flour
* Maida
* Salt
* Red chilli powder
* Water (to make slurry)
* Breadcrumbs
* Oil for deep frying
Method:
1. In a bowl, mash boiled potatoes. Add black salt, red chilli flakes, oregano, and coriander leaves. Mix well to prepare stuffing.
2. Trim edges of bread slices.
3. Place potato stuffing on one slice and cover with another slice to form a sandwich.
4. Cut into 4 equal squares.
5. Prepare slurry using corn flour, maida, salt, red chilli powder, and water.
6. Dip each bread square into the slurry.
7. Coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
8. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
