Ingredients
2 Burger Buns (or any bread)
500 ml Milk
10–11 cubes Dark Chocolate
3–4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Custard Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
A pinch of Salt
100–120 g Condensed Milk
Method
Burger buns/bread ko small pieces mein tear karke mixer jar mein add karein.
Milk, cocoa powder, custard powder, condensed milk, vanilla essence aur a pinch of salt add karein.
Is mixture ko smooth blend kar lein.
Mixture ko pan mein transfer karke dark chocolate add karein.
Medium-low flame par continuously stir karte hue 10–12 minutes tak cook karein, jab tak mixture thick na ho jaye.
Thoda cool hone dein, phir mixer mein blend karein until silky smooth.
Mousse ko glasses ya containers mein transfer karein.
2–3 hours ya overnight refrigerate karein.
Serve karte waqt upar se cocoa powder dust karein. 🍫
