Healthier Peach Crisp & Raspberry Chia Pudding Yogurt Bowl😍 This has been one of my go-to breakfasts lately! I make the chia pudding the day before, and the peach crisp is ready in 5 minutes! Such a yummy & easy breakfast that is packed with protein and fiber😋 • More recipes in my Ebooks which have 265 healthy & easy recipes, link in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com🥰 • for 2 servings of the peach crisp: 2 teaspoons butter 2 peaches/nectarines, sliced 1/2 cup oats (120 ml) 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon • for 4 small servings/2 big servings of the raspberry chia pudding: 1 cup raspberries (240 ml / 130g) 3/4 cup milk of choice (180 ml) 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 tablespoons chia seeds • For serving: 1 1/2 cups high-protein Greek yogurt (360 ml / 375 g) • 1. The night before make the chia pudding: mash the raspberries. Mix all the ingredients together for the chia pudding. Let set in the fridge overnight 2. Make the peach crisp: Add all the ingredients into a non stick pan and stir. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally 3. Serve with Greek yogurt, for example
