Original caption

12 garlic cloves (approx. 50g) 40g olive oil 180g dry spaghetti 300g rotisserie chicken, shredded 240g butter beans, drained 100g spinach 80g Parmesan, finely grated 20g fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tsp chilli flakes Salt & black pepper 100ml reserved pasta water 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan. Add the garlic and olive oil to a small ramekin and bake for 30-40 minutes, until the garlic is completely soft. 2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions. Before draining, reserve 100ml of the hot pasta water. 3. Add the roasted garlic and oil to a large bowl with the chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, Parmesan and parsley. Mash the garlic and mix together. 4. Gradually add the 100ml hot pasta water, stirring until you have a smooth, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. 5. Add the spaghetti, butter beans, spinach and rotisserie chicken. Toss everything together until coated and the spinach has wilted, then serve.
