Easy Sandwhich Bread Recipe:
2 tsp dry active yeast
2 tsp sugar or honey
1 1/3 cup warm water
*let sit 5 minutes*
1 egg
1 tsp salt
3 3/4 cups flour
Knead
Let rise in a bowl for 30-45 minutes
Let rise in a greased loaf pan 30-45 minutes - you want your dough to be ~1.5โ above the loaf pan
Spread melted butter on top
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Let cool completely (few hours) until cutting into it
