A quick recipe
To a pan add 3 cup water,1 potato,3 tomatoes and boil it.
Now peel the skin and add mash it.
Now add 3 tbsp oil,1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp urad dal& 6 garlic.
Now reduce the flame to low and add 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder and mix well.
Add curry leaves,1 chopped onion,1 green chilli and sauté for 5 min.
Now add mashed potato& tomatoes.
Add salt,1/4 cup water and cook for 5 min.
Add coriander leaves and serve it with dosa.
