Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach
2 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed
½ cup mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cornflour
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Black olives for decorating
Method:
Blanch spinach for 1 minute, then squeeze out all the water and finely chop.
Mix spinach, mashed potatoes, cheese, cornflour and seasonings.
Take small portions and shape them into cute little ghosts 👻.
Add tiny olive pieces for the eyes.
Deep-fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup or creamy garlic dip.
