Save this recipe to try later and let us know how it turns out! Procedure 1. In a bowl, add 2 cups Aashirvaad Superior MP Atta, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp cumin seeds. 2. Pour in 1 cup buttermilk and gradually add water as needed to knead into a soft dough. 3. Drizzle 1 tsp oil over the dough, cover, and let it rest for at least 1 hour. 4. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp chopped garlic until fragrant. 5. Add 1 cup cubed fresh paneer, 1 cup boiled sweet corn, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chilli powder, and 1 tsp garam masala. Sauté until the masala coats the paneer well and the raw smell disappears. 6. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool completely. 7. Add ¼ cup thick curd (or hung curd) and 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves to the cooled paneer mixture. Mix well. 8. Divide the dough into small balls, roll into chapatis, and cook on a hot tawa over medium flame until they puff up on both sides. 9. Spread a layer of mint curd mayo on the chapati, arrange cucumber slices, add the creamy paneer-corn filling, and top with onion slices. 10. Roll tightly and serve immediately. Happy Eating!
