HONEY APPLE PASTRY SQUARES Ingredients: 1/2 cup honey 2 honeycrisp apples (thinly sliced) 1 puff pastry sheet 1 egg (beaten) powdered sugar (optional) Instructions: Unroll the puff pastry dough sheet and slice 4 small squares. On a large parchment lined baking sheet, drizzle 4 dollops of honey, topping each dollop with 4 thinly sliced apples. Top each with 1 square of puff pastry dough and press the sides to seal. Brush top of dough squares with egg wash and bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes. Gently flip squares over, drizzle with more honey, and dust with powdered sugar.
