PIZZA SANDWICH SKEWERS Ingredients: 8 slices white bread 14 sandwich-size pepperoni slices 7 slices mozzarella cheese 1 egg (beaten) Italian seasoning (optional) Instructions: Top 1 slice of bread with 2 slices of pepperoni and 1 slice of cheese. Repeat for all slices and top with final slice of bread. Press flat and remove crusts. Slice into 4 cubes and place 2 cubes on each water-soaked skewer. Brush all sides with egg wash and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Air fry at 350° for 8-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
