It’s school holidays here and my days seem to be disappearing extra quickly. 🫠 Five-minute-prep dinners are exactly what I’m leaning into at the moment. I love that the homemade gravy makes itself right in the tray while the chicken bakes. You simply whisk together beef stock, dark soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and plain flour, pour it around the chicken and give it all a good whisk at the end.
