Simmer the milk, stirring regularly, until it reduces to approximately half its original quantity. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix gently. The milk will begin to curdle slightly. Add 1 tsp cardamom powder and 2 cups of jaggery powder. Mix everything well. Continue cooking on low to medium heat, stirring frequently, until the excess moisture evaporates and the mixture thickens to a consistency that can hold its shape. Transfer the mixture to a greased tray or pan. Spread it evenly and let it cool completely. Cut into pieces and serve, or enjoy it as a soft, spoonable milk sweet!
